To create an appointment, use our online scheduler or make your next appointment at the end of each service appointment with our cashier.

To modify or cancel, you may also click the link provided on your appointment confirmation or call your Servco Toyota Service Center and we will happily walk you through any service questions.

To use our online scheduler, just confirm your service center location, click Schedule Service, and sign into your account. After entering your vehicle model, mileage, or vin in our online scheduler, you will see a list of recommended services that apply to your vehicle. From there,

Routine maintenance tasks like oil changes or tire rotations usually take around 30 minutes to an hour while more extensive services or repairs require additional time. The duration of Toyota service depends on the type of service being performed:

• Express Lube- basic maintenance service provided within 90 minutes of scheduled check-in (offered at all Toyota service locations except in Kakaʻako).
• Main Shop - for diagnosis, recalls, repairs, as well as intermediate and major maintenance service intervals.
• Drop Off reservations are checked in during morning hours and most will be completed by end of day, if not sooner. You will be updated with any results, delays, or requests for additional information.
• Waiter reservations are worked on while you wait and are limited to basic maintenance (there are limited “waiter” check-in’s per day).
• Note: Your selection may affect appointment availability. You will be given an estimated completion time when checking-in with your Service Consultant. Your service check-in time is for vehicle drop-off time and not specifically when a technician will start working on your vehicle.
